I was moving cross country & eager to find someone willing to work with my via FaceTime, and with my strict budget. I was impressed by my realtors demeanor & willingness to help! Once we secured a place, I was informed the apartment would not be cleaned or painted before we moved in. We agreed to doing it ourselves on the basis we would be compensated for materials / time. We had already paid for the month and had no where else to go in the mean time. So we cleaned and painted and painted... a few weeks went by and still no compensation check... somewhere within those first few weeks we ended up locking ourselves out and had to have the door handle replaced, we were told the money would just come out of the money that we were owed... it took us three months to actually see a check and when we finally did, it barely covered the cost of the paint we purchased (which was your basic white, nothing fancy) This company ripped us off... would not recommend to a friend or anyone ..

  Extremely unprofessional, unprepared, and awkward. Viewing apartments with the Realtor here was a waste of my time, and one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever been in.

  I had a great experience working with David. He was on time for my appointment and even stayed a little later than he normally does to show me a place and accommodate my schedule. He was honest about both apartments that he showed me, both the positive and potential downside, but I loved one and ended up signing a lease that night. I was lucky because the building works exclusively with him. He wasn't pushy like most other realtors that I've dealt with. It was a really pleasant process, and I will be recommending him to anyone that needs a realtor.
